Whitesboro ISD High School Additions

Overview

Four-building K-12 bond program for Whitesboro ISD — an 808-seat performing arts center (34,462 SF), 61,410 SF Bearcat Training Center, 68,820 SF early childhood center, and 24,500 SF agriculture center. I produced 22+ interior and exterior rendered views across all four buildings for SD and DD board and community presentations.

My Role

• 22+ rendered views spanning the full bond program — performing arts center lobby and 808-seat auditorium house, Bearcat Training Center turf field and district board room, early childhood center corridors and cafeteria, CTE construction tech lab, and agriculture center animal pens and show arena
• Performing arts center: theatrical lighting environment with house lights, stage wash, and aisle lighting rendered with material accuracy; signature arched lobby facade
• Early childhood center: color-coded wing corridors, cafeteria, gymnasium/storm shelter — each space with its own distinct material palette and lighting character
• Ag center and fieldhouse: agricultural program spaces with CMU, metal panel, and turf surfaces; board room composed for district trustees and community members
