Naaman Forest High School

Overview

Addition and renovation to Naaman Forest High School for Garland ISD — a companion project to Lakeview Centennial HS under the same bond program, both administered under Job 2380 in a single Autodesk Construction Cloud project. The scope spans seven program areas: a new 12,700 SF administrative wing and 95,000 SF of renovations covering the cafeteria (26,317 SF / 650 seats), auditorium, locker rooms, dance suite, gymnasium, and science labs. Construction started April 2025 with completion targeted for Spring 2026.

My Role

• Set up the NFHS Revit project file — worksets, guide grid, shared parameters, and view templates per WRA firm standards, configured in parallel with the companion LCHS model under the same job
• Administered the shared ACC project (Job 2380) for both school sites — design collaboration setup, consultant access permissions, and model isolation between two independent production teams
• Coordinated consultant model links for all NFHS program areas: MEP, structural, civil, and food service linked models
• Ran model compliance reviews at each phase milestone — verified workset structure, view naming, and model health against WRA BIM standards
• Confirmed archive execution at all CD milestones (SD, DD, 50% CD, 95% CD, bid issue)
